This program rates the housing authority and its Section 8 staff on how well they adhere to the Federal Section 8 guidelines, rules and regulations. For HUD&#8217;s Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2018, FHA&#8217;s Section 8 program had a perfect score &#8211; 135 points out of 135 points, earning the title of High Performer, the highest rank in the program.
